Q. Do you offer laptop screen and general repairs?

A. Yes we do. However, on the model and manufacture prices can vary. Not all screens are kept in stock, so depending on availability cost can change. Please call us to discuss your options.

Q. What happens if I've paid you, but you cannot diagnose the issues on my computer?

A. On occasion, computers come to us that are difficult to repair and sometimes, there is no fix other than to reinstall the computer’s operating system. Although this is rare, we must still charge for our time to attempt the repair. Our rate is an initial $29.00 and $99.00 to re-install your computer's operating system complete with drivers and latest updates.

Q. What if I don't require a full hour of your time - I just want to ask you a quick question.

A. We often get clients that have "quick questions" via phone and email and our fast and reliable tech support are there for you to have those answered, affordably. All questions will require a minimum of one hour of pre-paid time via our online billing system. Any pre-paid time that you do not use will remain on your account until you use it.

Q. How do your pre-paid services work?

A. When you order our pre-paid services you are purchasing technical support sessions. Each hour you purchase is equivalent to 4 sessions (15 minute durations). Each hour you purchase is $99, and if you purchase 3 hours for $270 you receive 1 hour free (which is equivalent to 16 sessions). Our pre-paid services save you more money, more time, and give you exactly what you need.
